By accessing or using BDF Job ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. BDF Job serves as a dedicated digital bridge connecting candidates, employers, agencies, and training institutions across Bangladesh.

All posted circulars must represent bona fide, lawful, and active employment opportunities. Circulars must contain precise and non-misleading information regarding job titles, salary structures, educational and experience criteria, work location, and application deadlines. Duplicate postings, pyramid schemes, and misleading descriptions are strictly prohibited.

Employers are solely responsible for the authenticity of their job listings and hiring processes. Employers agree to treat candidate data confidentiality, avoid discriminatory hiring practices, and adhere to the labor laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Candidates warrant that all academic credentials, work experience records, NID numbers, and personal details provided on their CV and applications are genuine and accurate. Providing counterfeit documentation or misrepresenting professional qualifications will lead to account termination.

BDF Job operates under a strict Zero Tolerance policy regarding fraud, fake job circulars, and phishing scams. Any employer, organization, or user found attempting to defraud candidates will face immediate account blacklisting, permanent IP ban, and referral to Bangladesh Law Enforcement Agencies.

Under no circumstances may an employer or agency charge candidates any fee—including application fees, interview fees, training deposits, registration charges, or medical exam costs—as a condition of employment. Any circular or employer requesting money from job seekers will be instantly removed and permanently banned.

Users retain ownership of the content they submit (such as resumes, logos, and job descriptions), but grant BDF Job a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content for recruitment purposes. Users must not publish copyright-infringing, defamatory, or unlawful materials.

While BDF Job takes comprehensive measures to verify employers and sanitize job postings, BDF Job functions as an intermediary online service. We do not guarantee job offers or candidate performance, and users are encouraged to exercise due diligence during the recruitment process.

Fees paid for employer subscription packages, featured listings, or advertisements are non-refundable once digital services or promotional placements have commenced. If a technical fault on our end prevents listing delivery, eligible refunds or credits will be processed in accordance with our standard review.

BDF Job reserves the right to suspend, mute, or permanently delete any user account or job listing that breaches our ethical standards, receives valid candidate complaints, or violates these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BDF Job shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform usage. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
